How payment works
- 50/50: half your flat fee on plan submission, half on delivery of the finished pack.
- Fee by plan size, period. Never a percentage of build cost, and never dependent on which subs you hire.
- Same-day confirmation: scope count, exact fee, and delivery date in writing the day you send plans.
- Trade side: subs pay a flat $150 per scope only when hired — baked into the quote they approved, never a markup on you. Trade terms are published too.

Never. Builders pay a flat fee by plan size. Trades pay a flat $150 per scope only when hired, and that fee is baked into the quote each trade approves before it enters your pack. There is no hidden spread and no percentage anywhere in the model.
