How does the roster actually work?
You join free and set your own numbers. When a builder's plans include your trade, you price the written scope on your rate sheet and approve the quote. It enters the pack exactly as written, and if the builder picks you, you sign directly with them. No lead-buying, no subscriptions, no exclusivity.
