BuildPack is an Upstate South Carolina company with one job: turn a plan set into a complete, honest trade budget faster than any builder can do it alone.
The story
Why this company exists
BuildPack's founder runs Upstate businesses that live and die by logistics — trucking, dispatch, coordination work where the whole job is getting the right people to the right place with the right information. Watching builder friends spend six weeks playing phone tag with forty subcontractors looked, from that seat, like a solvable problem: the builders weren't missing skill, they were missing an operations layer.
So that's what we built. Not software that hands you the work back, not a lead site that sells your project to five strangers — an operations layer: written scopes, vetted local subs, leveled bids, one flat fee, about ten business days.
Operating principles
The rules we can't break
Never in the money path
Every construction contract is signed directly between builder and trade. We never hold job funds, never mark up a sub, never take a percentage. Our fee is flat and published.
Named numbers only
Every quote in a pack belongs to a real, named contractor with license and insurance status on file. No anonymous averages, no database guesses dressed up as bids.
True scarcity only
The 8-packs-a-month cap is real capacity, not marketing. When a month is full we offer the next opening instead of degrading the product to take the order.
No fabricated proof
You will find zero invented testimonials, reviews, or star ratings here. We launched in 2026; earned words with real names attached will appear when pilot builders choose to give them.

We price builds across Spartanburg and Greenville counties — Spartanburg, Greenville, Boiling Springs, Greer, Duncan, Inman, Moore, Lyman, Simpsonville, Taylors, and Woodruff — with a roster of local trades we actually know. If a project sits beyond where we can quote with real local numbers, we say so instead of guessing. That honesty costs us a few packs and buys everything else.
